Saul: A Tale of Self-Deception

In this Bible Project blog post you can learn about our tendency towards self-deception whenever we chose not live rooted in God’s love for us. Like Saul, we easily give into our own self-righteousness in an attempt to justify our poor choices and decisions and make them look “kinda” godly. At the end of the day, it’s all about we deceiving ourselves, and walk astray from God.
